3. Are credits refundable?
Credits are not refundable after purchase as they are intended for identity verification. However, we understand that situations may change.  If you have unused credits and no longer require them, you can contact our support team at support@wafi.cash. We will review your account history and may offer a prorated refund depending on your specific circumstances.
